A non-profit corporation located in Texas that focuses on fundraising and fund distribution using sweepstakes platforms.
The nonprofit corporation is organized for the following purpose or purposes:
The Corporation is organized and will be operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501 c(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. Including for such purposes as, making distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt within the meaning of Section 501 c(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding provision or provisions of any future federal tax code.
Within the scope of the foregoing purposes and without limiting their generality, the Corporation is organized and will be operated to provide relief to the poor, to the distressed, and to the underprivileged. This will be accomplished by fundraising and distributing money toward research, toward increasing awareness, toward prevention & early detection, and toward advancing education for chronic diseases and for chronic health conditions, including but not limited to, chronic kidney disease ( CKD), affecting children, adults, and senior citizens.

Sweepstakes is a promotional & fundraising method for Queens of the Machines Inc. “A Purchase Does Not Increase Your Chances of Winning. Void Where Prohibited by Law.” Queens of the Machines Inc. is responsible for the execution of this sweepstakes. “NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.”
Eligibility
This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the state where participants reside, inside of the United States, who are at least eighteen years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Queens of the Machines Inc., their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes period begins on the date and time the participant enters and begins playing. The Sweepstakes period ends on the date and at the time the participant stops playing.
The prize options vary daily and can include prizes such as gift cards, cash prizes, gift certificates and merchandise.
Restrictions on Prizes: Participants receiving a total of $600 or more in cash prizes by the end of the calendar year will receive a 1099 to file with their annual income tax report. The Sponsor recommends consulting a tax professional with any tax questions. Participants must be present to win prizes.
Donations: Donations are tax deductible; Sponsor recommends consulting a tax professional with any tax questions. Participants may or may not “tip” for service received.
Prizes and Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Substitution, assignment, or transfer of prizes are not permitted.
Winner Selection and Notification: The participant is notified immediately, electronically, upon winning a prize. As per sweepstakes rules in Texas, winners are selected randomly, by chance.
Privacy Policy: Personal information collected will only be used for the administration of the Sweepstakes and will not be shared or sold.
FREE PLAY: 100 free credits per person daily, free play participants will not be eligible for cash prizes. Unless the participant increases the 100 free credits to 1,000 credits then a $10 cash reward will apply.
